Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup jalapeños (mild or regular)
Red sweet bell pepper, diced
Green sweet bell pepper, diced
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and Duke’s mayonnaise together until smooth and creamy.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt, mixing until everything is well incorporated.
Gently fold in the jalapeños.
Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
Sprinkle the diced red and green bell peppers over the top to create a festive finish.
Bake at about 350°F (180°C) for roughly 30 minutes, or until warmed through.
Serve hot with crackers or toasted bread points.
