Ingredients
Snack Mix:
4 cups Corn Chex and Rice Chex (combined)
2 cups mini pretzel twists
2 cups bagel chips
1 cup cashew pieces
Seasoning:
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup dill pickle juice
1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzels, bagel chips, and cashews. Toss gently to mix.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, dill weed, garlic powder, pickle juice, ranch seasoning, and vinegar until smooth.
Pour the seasoning mixture over the snack mix. Stir well to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring once or twice to ensure even crisping.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely (if you can resist snacking!).
Store in an airtight container.
