Spinach Balls

Ingredients:

20 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained

2 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs, if desired)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

3 large eggs

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the well-drained spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, melted butter, green onions, eggs, white cheddar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Stir until the mixture is fully combined.

Form the Balls
Scoop and roll the mixture into small, evenly sized balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake
Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the spinach balls are golden and cooked through.

Serve and Enjoy
Serve warm as a tasty appetizer or alongside a salad for a satisfying meal
