Ingredients:
12 oz white chocolate chips
Zest of 4 key limes (set juice aside for later use)
4 cups Golden Grahams cereal (or crushed graham crackers)
2 cups mini pretzels
2 cups mini marshmallows
Fresh key lime juice (for spritzing)
Instructions:
1. Melt the White Chocolate:
Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in 25-second bursts, stirring between each, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
2. Add Lime Zest:
Stir in about ¾ of the lime zest into the melted white chocolate. Save the remaining zest for garnish later.
3. Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
Golden Grahams (or graham cracker pieces)
Mini pretzels
Mini marshmallows
Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
4. Combine with Chocolate:
Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients.
Toss well until everything is thoroughly coated.
5. Prepare to Set:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the coated mixture evenly onto the sheet.
6. Spritz with Lime Juice:
Using a spritzer, lightly mist the mixture with fresh key lime juice. (Avoid adding juice directly to the chocolate earlier—it can cause seizing.)
7. Set and Serve:
Let the mixture sit until completely firm.
Once set, break into bite-sized chunks and enjoy!
