Ingredients:

Wonton wrappers

Seasoned ground beef (use leftovers from a taco bar or cook fresh)

Shredded cheddar cheese

Shredded lettuce

Diced tomatoes

Sour cream

Optional: Black olives, avocado, or any other favorite toppings

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat.

Prepare the Muffin Tin:
Lightly coat a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray to ensure easy removal.

Shape the Wonton Cups:
Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, shaping it to form a small bowl.
(Optional: Trim the pointed corners of the wrappers for a smoother look.)

Layer the Fillings:

Spoon a layer of seasoned ground beef into each wonton cup.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.

Add a second wonton wrapper on top, pressing it down gently.

Repeat with another layer of ground beef and a final sprinkle of cheese.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.

Add the Toppings:
After removing from the oven, top each taco cupcake with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and any other desired toppings such as avocado or black olives.

Serve and Enjoy:
Serve warm and enjoy! Leftovers can be reheated in an air fryer to bring back their crispy texture.
