Sweet Jalapeño Pork Recipe

Written on 10/06/2025

Ingredients:

1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup diced jalapeños (remove seeds for less heat, if preferred)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon lime juice

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Additional salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Season pork pieces with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook pork until browned on all sides, about 6–8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and diced jalapeños. Sauté for 1–2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, a pinch more salt and pepper, and chopped cilantro to create the glaze.

Return the pork to the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Cook until the pork is fully cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or wrapped in a tortilla for flavorful tacos.

Enjoy your flavorful Sweet Jalapeño Pork!
