Ingredients:
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
1 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup diced jalapeños
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Fresh cilantro, to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream and Rotel.
Add the softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Stir in the shredded cheddar and ranch seasoning.
Gently fold in the jalapeños, green onions, and fresh cilantro.
Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Serve with tortilla chips, baby carrots, or your favorite crackers.
