Ingredients:
1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
(or 2 cans, 15 oz each, drained)
1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
(or regular potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks)
1 medium onion, chopped
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Smoked paprika, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup chicken broth
Butter (a few small pats)
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
Add the sliced kielbasa, green beans, potatoes, and onion to your slow cooker.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour the chicken broth over everything.
Dot with small pieces of butter.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender and flavors are well combined.
Stir once halfway through cooking for even flavor.
Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
